ICHCH has developed into one of  the most important international conference co-sponsored by Zhejiang Gongshang University and Zhejiang Gongshang University Hangzhou College of Commerce. Over the past year, with the strong support and promotion of all parties, the conference has provided a mutually beneficial platform for hundreds of scholars, teachers, engineers  and  graduated students involved in computer science and mechatronics, to exchange ideas, work experiences and research rusults. This has fostered mutual understanding and friendship while contributing to the advancement of economy and commerce.

This theme explores their evolution: green finance now integrates biodiversity and natural capital; central bank digital currencies, including e‑money, expand cross‑border utility; and mandatory ESG disclosure becomes a new norm. This session invites theoretical and empirical studies on regulatory frameworks, pricing mechanisms, and impact assessment, aiming to inform policy and practice for sustainable, inclusive growth. We seek interdisciplinary exchange among scholars, regulators, and practitioners to chart effective pathways.

Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality original research and technical contributions for oral presentations in conference. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proeedings or the related journal.
